THE COMPANY
Alticon Consulting is a level 2 B-BBEE Contributor. Alticon employs some 20 people with diverse backgrounds. This core group is supported by a dedicated team of External Consultants, and extensive use is made of Local, Emerging Sub-Consultants with the aim of uplifting and giving needed exposure to Emerging Consultants. By making use of External Consultants, overhead Costs are reduced, and exposure and opportunities are given to up and coming Professionals working in the sector, this in turn enhances Company–Community relationships, Local skills are developed and Employment is created — a truly self–sustaining strategy.
DIRECTORS
Solomon (Solly) Letsatsi studied at RAU University and has extensive experience in Property Development, Project Management and Construction. Solly chairs the Board of Directors at Alticon and is actively involved in the running of the business. As Director, Solly’s main aim is future business and business relations and his determination and perseverance has ensured many Project achievements.
Ferdi Kleynhans studied Civil Engineering at the Tshwane University of Technology and Quantity Surveying at the University of Witwatersrand and amassed considerable experience in business before venturing into the Property Development and Project Management field with Alticon. As CEO, Ferdi’s main aim is to ensure the smooth flow of the Business and on all Projects Sites. Ferdi’s Focus and ability to anticipate market changes has resulted in the success of all the projects and Alticon. Under Ferdi’s guidance Alticon has achieved many Accolades and Awards.
Callum Smith studied Civil Engineering at the Vaal University of Technology followed by over 10 years employment in a Civil and Structural Consulting Engineering Firm. Thereafter, Callum has spend time working for International EPCM (Engineering Procurement and Construction Management) Companies on various multi-disciplinary Projects both within South Africa and Internationally. Callum brings his considerable experience in the Project Management field to Alticon. As COO, Callum’s main aim is to ensure the smooth flow of work and achieve successful completion on all Projects.
